The Guildroom is perfect for small, private gatherings, accommodating up to 23 guests. This space can be hired exclusively for just £100 when you choose one of our catering options.

For a mid-sized reception, the Tales of Tea restaurant, nestled in the historic undercroft of St Mary’s Guildhall, provides a welcoming atmosphere for up to 60 guests.
With its vaulted ceilings and warm, comforting ambiance, the venue is a unique space steeped in history and character.
For larger events, our recently renovated Great Hall offers a majestic setting, featuring the famous Coventry tapestry and accommodates up to 110 guests.
With its historic charm, the Great Hall brings a sense of grandeur to your occasion. Our hospitality team is eager to discuss your requirements to ensure your event is both stress-free and memorable.
Please note that during the Christmas period, we have a Christmas tree on display, which reduces the seating capacity for sit-down events to 90 guests.

St Mary’s Guildhall is located on Bayley Lane within the historical centre of Coventry. St Mary’s is a short walk from Pool Meadow Bus Station and Coventry Train Station. The nearest car parks are Salt Lane multi-storey or Grove Street.
