As the sun sets over the city, the doors of St. Mary’s Guildhall open to reveal a different side of Tales of Tea. Under the glow of fairy lights and framed by our stunning medieval arches, we invite you to Tales After Dark.

The city’s newest destination for sophisticated Friday evenings.

Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long week in the office or seeking the perfect prelude to a night out in Coventry, our historic undercroft transforms into a sanctuary of music and flavour.

What is Tales After Dark?

Immerse yourself in the soulful atmosphere of live music. We are kicking off our series on Friday, 24th April from 6.00pm with a live saxophonist, followed by monthly sessions of live jazz and contemporary sets.
Sip on chilled, house-made Sangria and share a selection of authentic Tapas and small plates. It’s the taste of the Mediterranean served in the heart of English heritage.
